1.After receiving the machine, please position the machine correctly,

leaving the working channel and maintenance access.

The maintenance channel must have a position of 1-1.5 meters against the wall. 

2.Install the front feed belt in the correct way as shown in the picture below.

3.Connect the dust suction port of the dust collector to the suction port of the machine as shown below.

4.Connect the vacuum cleaner power supply and main power supply to

the power supply position of the machine, and ensure that it is 380V, 50HZ,

3-phase power, or other country-specific voltage. This must be operated by

a professional electrician to avoid machine damage or personal injury caused

by wrong connection. And connect the power correctly, and jog the experiment,

the machine's motor running direction is correct.

And open the machine's access door, see if the motor's running direction is the direction of the arrow.

5.Look for all the oil cups that need to be injected with oil. Oil grease must be

injected to ensure smooth operation of the machine's conveying parts.

this handle is used to control the sanding table go up and go down.

middle adjustment fastners:

this handle is used to fasten the sanding table not moving,after lifting and going down.

bottom adjustment handle:

bottom handle is used to control the sanding heads angle.
